The Buckeyes were one-of-six in the red zone scoring touchdowns in its 33-24 win over Penn State, forcing them to rely heavily on their kicker who responded by making four kicks of 35, 23, 25 and 26 yards. His four kicks mark only the second time this season he’s been used on multiple occasions — two-of-two against Tulsa — as he’s 11-of-11 on the year. “Coach (Ryan) Day emphasized all week how important every scoring opportunity would be this week,” Ruggles said. “I knew I had to come in there and make every opportunity.
