After the Ohio State volleyball team defeated Michigan State in four sets on Sunday, Buckeyes coach Jen Flynn Oldenburg summed up the victory over the Spartans, who are in 12th place in the conference standings. “I think any win in the Big Ten right now is a big one,” she said. The Buckeyes and Spartans were tied 1-1 after the second set and the Buckeyes trailed late in both the third and fourth sets before rallying to win. The victory improved the Buckeyes’ home record to 9-0 and also readied the Buckeyes for their rematch with the Gophers on Thursday in Columbus, Ohio.
