Bottom line: How did the Buckeyes grade out vs. Penn State? How did the OSU offense grade?

All week, Ohio State coach Ryan Day talked about how the upcoming game with Penn State would be close, tough and physical. Las Vegas wasn’t listening, and the Buckeyes at one point on Saturday were 19.5-point favorites. It turns out that Day was correct, and the oddsmakers were uncharacteristically way off. Did the Penn State team that somehow lost to Illinois a week ago find its way in the sea of scarlet at Ohio Stadium? Or did Ohio State play down to its opponents’ level? Or, was it just the way rivalry games go? We’ll find out as future opponents dig into the game film and see how the Nittany Lions stopped the Buckeyes’ supposedly unstoppable offense.
