COLUMBUS, Ohio — The unfair version of Ohio State football’s offense returned on Saturday, bombarding an opponent into submission and making it pay for every mistake. Purdue never really had a chance to replicate the bizarre upset mojo it brought to so many other games in this series over the past 20 years. The Buckeyes rolled to a 59-31 victory, reinforcing the gulf between themselves and the rest of the Big Ten Conference when everything clicks. We had seen this before, however — Ohio State’s explosive receivers and backfield laying waste to an opponent with a clear talent disadvantage.
