COLUMBUS, Ohio — With another highly ranked team losing, Ohio State football crept back up in the AP Top 25 poll. The Buckeyes snuck up one spot to No. 5. They remained 12 votes behind No. 4 Oregon, which handed them their only loss back on Sept. 11. The Ducks were 14 points head in last week’s poll. Georgia remained the unanimous No. 1.
