Rebeka Mikulasikova scored 19 points and grabbed six rebounds as the Ohio State women’s basketball team defeated Norfolk State 86-48 Sunday at Value City Arena. Taylor Mikesell added 12 points and Jacy Sheldon scored 10 as the Buckeyes improved to 2-0. Mikesell, a transfer from Oregon who played at Massillon High, was 4-for-7 on 3-point shots. The Buckeyes jumped out to a 21-3 lead and never were challenged. The lead was 47-15 at halftime and 70-29 after three quarters. Ohio State’s next game is at 7 p.m. Wednesday against Bowling Green at Value City Arena.
