C.J. Stroud’s first season as the starting quarterback at Ohio State may not have gotten off to a flying start in some people’s eyes, but it ended with a bang. On Wednesday, the redshirt freshman was named the Graham-George Offensive Player of the Year, the Griese-Brees Quarterback of the Year and the Thompson-Randle El Freshman of the Year, or in other words, took home every Big Ten award available to him. “Honestly, I’m just blessed to be in the (situation) I am,” Stroud said on Big Ten Network after the awards were announced. “I’m definitely blessed to be around this great university, this great team. Without my teammates and my team, my coaches, I wouldn’t be able to do this.
