The Ohio State football team will look to win its fourth straight Rose Bowl game on Jan. 1 in Pasadena against Utah, the champions of the Pac-12. It’s the first Rose Bowl appearance for Ohio State since the 2019 game when Urban Meyer coached his final game for the Buckeyes. His replacement, Ryan Day, has done pretty well, as this is his first non-College Football Playoff bowl game he’s coached in since replacing Meyer. The Buckeyes haven’t lost a Rose Bowl game since 1985 but have played in only three since losing to USC 20-17.
