LOS ANGELES — Ohio State coach Ryan Day indicated Friday that some of the Buckeye players who’ve missed practice could play in Saturday’s Rose Bowl against Utah. Cornerback Sevyn Banks, linebacker Cody Simon, nickel cornerback Marcus Williamson and defensive tackle Antwuan Jackson were not seen in the portions of practice on Tuesday and Wednesday that reporters were permitted to observe. “Some of those guys will be game-time decisions,” Day said, declining to elaborate on any of players’ status. Ohio State’s policy is to avoid revealing the injury status of players until releasing an unavailability list on game day.
