After lengthy layoff, Ohio State men's basketball seeks to bring energy to Nebraska game

There is a lot that Ohio State isn’t totally sure about when it comes to Sunday night. When the No. 13 Buckeyes tip off against Nebraska inside Pinnacle Bank Arena, it will be their first game since Dec. 11. No Ohio State team has endured such a lengthy in-season layoff for nearly 80 years: it’s the program’s longest break since the 1943-44 season. That team played Indiana on Feb. 24 and didn’t return to the court until a game with Kentucky at Madison Square Garden on March 22, a 29-day gap.
