
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball started strong against Maryland and never took its foot off the gas on its way to an 82-67 win. In what ended up being their only game this week after a matchup with Iowa was postponed the Buckeyes got back in the win column improving its home record to 10-0. OSU shot an efficient 62 percent in the first half, limited turnovers to one and every player who saw the court in the first half other than Cedric Russell scored as it took a 42-29 into the locker room. The Terrapins took care of the ball as well with just three turnovers but failed to score shooting just 32 percent including 4 of 14 from three-point range.
