Late goals lift No. 2 Michigan hockey over No. 11 Ohio State


ANN ARBOR – Michigan’s hockey team extended its win streak to six games Friday with two late goals against Ohio State. Senior captain Nick Blankenburg broke a 3-3 tie with 6 minutes, 41 seconds remaining, and defenseman Luke Hughes added an empty-net goal with 31 seconds to play to ice a 5-3 victory at Yost Ice Arena.
