Cold-shooting Ohio State takes first home loss of season at hands of Iowa

Jamari Wheeler, Ohio State’s top perimeter defender, was matched up with Jordan Bohannon, who had no choice but to let the shot fly. As he did, the veteran gave a slight lean into Wheeler’s outstretched arms and earned the benefit of the doubt and, more importantly, three free throws on a possession that was otherwise going nowhere. He hit two of them, Iowa reclaimed the lead at 51-49 with 12:44 to play and the No. 18 Buckeyes had no answers as they took their first home loss…
