The Ohio State women’s basketball team is a Big Ten co-champion. Ohio State won its final game of the regular season on Sunday afternoon with a 61-55 result against Michigan State, finishing the regular season with a 22-5 overall record and a 14-4 record in Big Ten play. Just a couple of hours later, Ohio State clinched a share of the Big Ten regular-season title and the No. 1 seed in next week’s Big Ten Tournament when Iowa, who also finished with a 14-4 record in conference play, earned a 104-80 win over Michigan. The Wolverines were in first place in the conference standings entering the final day of the regular season, but finished with a 13-4 record in Big Ten play with the loss to the Hawkeyes.
