Ohio State basketball drops second straight game in 78-70 loss to Nebraska, jeopardizing its tournament seeding


COLUMBUS, Ohio — For the first time this season, the Ohio State basketball team has lost back-to-back games following a 78-70 to Nebraska. The Buckeyes struggled to make shots for most of the night, shooting just 39 percent from the field. The Cornhuskers shot 49 on their way to a third conference win while potentially drastically changing the seeding in the Big Ten Tournament next week. OSU walked into the locker room down 43-39 at halftime after the first 20 minutes, leaving a lot to desired. E.J. Liddell shined with 13 points and six rebounds while Malaki Branham eventually got going with 10 points. But everybody else other than those two combined to shoot 5 of 16 from the field.
