Ohio State football’s TreVeyon Henderson clarifies answer on playing with a concussion


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s TreVeyon Henderson admitted that he may not have been 100 percent healthy late in the 2021 season. The first-year running back revealed that he was battling through a series of injuries that kept him from reaching 100 rushing yards in each of the Buckeyes’ last five games. That included a head injury that constantly forced him in and out of games. “I had a concussion,” Henderson said. “I played through that. During the game, I still had the side effects of it. I don’t think I want to talk about what I was going through. But yeah, I played through a concussion. I didn’t really know at first, but I knew.
