Justice Sueing will remain with the Buckeyes for his sixth season of college basketball. The veteran Ohio State forward told CBS Sports Wednesday that he would use his additional year of eligibility to return to the college ranks in 2022-23, but that a final decision had not yet been made on where he would play. But the Hawaii native announced on social media that he will not leave Columbus, where Sueing will be a focal point for Ohio State next season, if healthy. Sueing missed all but two games this past year as he dealt with an abdominal injury that stemmed back to the Buckeyes’ 2020-21 postseason run. Sueing averaged 10.7 points per game as Ohio State’s third-leading scorer as a redshirt junior, and was expected to play a significant role alongside E.J. Liddell in 2021-22.
