
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football projects to have its smallest NFL Draft class in a few years, but the star power at the top still pops. Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson should be the first Buckeye receivers to go in the first round of the same NFL Draft since Ted Ginn Jr. and Anthony Gonzalez in 2007. That would make the fifth time in six years that OSU had multiple first-round selections, with last year being the exception. Justin Fields became Ohio State’s 85th first-round pick last season, maintaining the all-time lead over USC (83). Drake London is the Trojans’ only projected first-round pick, so OSU should extend that lead this week.
