
Ohio State moved up to third place at the NCAA men’s golf regional at the Buckeyes’ Scarlet Course on Tuesday. The Buckeyes are 6-over par and in third place, four shots ahead of Arkansas and San Francisco. The top five teams at the end of play Wednesday will earn a spot in the NCAA championship in Scottsdale, Arizona. Junior Jackson Chandler led the Buckeyes on Tuesday with a round of 2-under 69. He has made seven birdies and just two bogeys in his past 25 holes. He is tied for sixth at 1-under par. JonErik Alford and Maxwell Moldovan each carded rounds of even-par 71 on Tuesday. Alford made three bogeys and three birdies while Moldovan had five bogeys and five birdies, including a pair in his final three holes.
