It’s been a few years since Ohio State football has landed the commitment of a five-star wide receiver but it looks like that drought will end on Monday with the commitment of Carnell Tate, one of the best overall recruits in the entire 2023 class. Tate is ranked as the No. 15 overall prospect in the 2023 class according to the On3 consensus rankings and the 6-foot-2, 178-pound wideout from Chicago is the second-best receiver in the class.
