Ohio State bolsters OL with commitment from 3-star Miles Walker


Ohio State bolstered its 2023 offensive line class Friday with a commitment from three-star tackle Miles Walker. Walker, a 6-foot-6, 280-pound prospect from Brunswick School in Greenwich, Conn., is one of the more intriguing late-risers in the country this cycle. Despite holding plenty of offers from Power 5 programs, he didn’t have a 247Sports Composite ranking as the calendar turned to June and he started taking his official visits. After playing his junior season with just one offer, from UMass, Walker blew up a bit this spring with offers from Kentucky, Duke, Vanderbilt and others in March, followed by offers from West Virginia, Boston College, Iowa, Texas A&M, Penn State, Ohio State and others in May. Now the No. 473 overall player in the country, Walker picked the Buckeyes after taking official visits to Texas A&M, Ohio State, Duke, Penn State and Vanderbilt — in that order — in June.…
