
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s contingent at Big Ten Media Days in Indianapolis next week will put its record-setting offensive stars front and center. Quarterback C.J. Stroud, receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and safety Ronnie Hickman will represent the Buckeyes at the annual event, held July 26-27. Ohio State coach Ryan Day and players are scheduled to take the podium on the second day. Stroud is the reigning Big Ten offensive player of the year after throwing for 4,435 yards and 44 touchdowns last season. Smith-Njigba is the league’s leading returning receiver after totaling 1,606 yards and nine touchdowns on 95 receptions. Hickman led OSU tackles with 100 to go along with two interceptions, a sack and a forced fumble. For the first time since 2017, Ohio State will not walk into the event as the defending champion.
