
The Ohio State offense is getting plenty of attention this year, and understandably so. But Ryan Day has made his thoughts clear on how much the Buckeyes defense will improve, reaffirming his stance during a Thursday press conference. At Big Ten Media Days, Day said the goal is for Ohio State to be a top-10 defense in the country under new coordinator Jim Knowles, who came to the Buckeyes from Oklahoma State. Thursday, he specifically shared his impressions of the new scheme, but noted his team will have to prove it can meet the heightened expectations.
