COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s recent recruiting misses have caused some concern among fans, but the program certainly is still attracting some of the nation’s top talent, including in the Peach State. The Buckeyes missed on elite Georgia 2023 prospects Caleb Downs and Justice Haynes in this cycle, but another high-priority target from the talent-rich state has Ohio State at the top of his list heading into his junior season. KingJoseph Edwards, a 2024 edge rusher out of Buford High School, currently has the Buckeyes as his top school, he told cleveland.com on Friday evening. “No. 1,” Edwards said when asked where Ohio State was in his top schools.
