
COLUMBUS, Ohio — C.J. Stroud is already using his legs more often in his second year as Ohio State football’s starting quarterback, even if it’s not in the way one might think. There were a few occasions during the Buckeyes’ 21-10 win over Notre Dame when he was forced to buy time and eventually make a throw on the run. One specific example was on a throw to Miyan Williams on the sideline while rolling left, trying to avoid defenders.
