Caden Curry took advantage of his first opportunity on Ohio State’s defensive line. After playing only special teams snaps in the Buckeyes’ win against Notre Dame in the season opener, the former four-star defensive end made his presence known when he first checked in against Arkansas State in the fourth quarter. Curry, standing at 6-foot-3, 250 pounds, found his way into the backfield, reading Arkansas State running back Ja’Quez Cross’ rush and tackling him for a loss of six yards. And on the very next play, Curry plugged another hole, stopping quarterback AJ Mayer for a one-yard gain.
