Josh Proctor called it his second shot. After being replaced in the safety rotation in Ohio State’s season opener a week earlier, Proctor returned to the starting lineup in Saturday’s 45-12 win over Arkansas State. “I didn’t get it the first week,” Proctor said, “so I just came out, played with my heart, try not to get overwhelmed, try to calm myself and just play football.” Anticipation filled Proctor when he started the season.
