COLUMBUS, Ohio — Dallas Gant put in almost four years with Ohio State football, striving towards a spot at the top of the linebacker depth chart that never came. He returns Saturday as Toledo’s starting middle linebacker — the leading tackler on what might be the best defense in the Mid-American Conference.
