
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football will play its second primetime game of the season when it hosts Toledo on Saturday. This will be the fourth meeting between the two programs. The Buckeyes have won all three previous games, with last coming in 2011 with a 27-22 win. It’s the only time the Rockets managed to score in a contest. The matchup will also provide a chance for linebacker Dallas Gant to return to Columbus for the first time since leaving the program. Gant arrived as a four-star recruit in the 2018 class but was never able to carve out much of a role for himself. Gant saw action in 19 games in four years, recording 74 tackles, four tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.
