This Saturday at 7:00 PM ET, the Ohio State Buckeyes will be facing off against the Toledo Rockets in Columbus, Ohio, for only the third time in the history of both programs. It is a bit shocking that these in-state foes have only played each other three times considering they are right down the road from each other. Ohio State has a strong history of beating MAC opponents, but Toledo has a decent history as a football program and the last time these two schools met was actually a down-to-the-wire brawl. So far every opponent on the Buckeye schedule has had an Ohio State connection and it should be noted that Dallas Gant, who was a Buckeye last season is currently playing for the Rockets.
