
Miyan Williams ran his way into the Ohio State football record books Saturday afternoon. With TreVeyon Henderson sidelined, Williams shined against Rutgers’ run defense, tying the Buckeyes’ record for most rushing touchdowns in a single game with five against the Scarlet Knights. Williams is the first Ohio State running back to record five touchdowns in a game since 1984, taking the ball at the 2-yard line and barreling it in for his fifth score of the day. The Ohio State third-year running back has career bests with 21 carries and 189 rushing yards. Williams came in with a previous career high of two touchdowns in a game.
