The Rushmen package has been a staple for the Buckeyes ever since Larry Johnson showed up to coach the defensive line in 2014. Its purpose is to put the team’s four best pass rushers on the field at the same time in third-and-long scenarios, maximizing disruption and the chance of getting a sack.
