For the first time, the league’s coaches and players have ascended on the Target Center, which will host the women’s tournament this season and the men’s in 2024. The event has primarily rotated between Chicago and Indianapolis, two cities essentially centrally located for the majority of a conference that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean past the Mississippi River.
