Ohio State football vs. Penn State: What time, channel for BigTen East battle on Oct. 29?


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s big divisional game at Penn State will keep the Buckeyes in the mid-day showcase time slot. Fox announced Saturday that the Buckeyes’ Oct. 29 road game will be its Big Noon Kickoff game for the weekend. It will be the second such kickoff time in a row for OSU, which plays host to Iowa on Oct. 22. Ohio State played three of its first five games at night, with only one noon kickoff in its first six. Today’s game between Penn State and Michigan in Ann Arbor — also a Big Noon showcase — will provide some additional context for Ohio State’s visit to State College. Either the game will be for sole possession of the Big Ten East lead, or OSU will be trying to push the Nittany Lions aside to set up a possible division championship game against Michigan on Nov. 26.…
