COLUMBUS, Ohio — Iowa defensive coordinator Phil Parker, the Ohio native, came into Columbus with a plan. The Hawkeyes were going to force Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud and this remarkable Buckeyes offense to show patience and earn their way down the field.
