Julian Fleming grew up in a town in central Pennsylvania situated only 90 miles from State College. The proximity of Catawissa to Happy Valley made Penn State an obvious consideration as he became a five-star wide receiver recruit several years ago. “It was almost home for me,” Fleming said. “It was right down the street.
