No. 2 Ohio State finds itself in a battle opposite a Big Ten East rival, leading No. 13 Penn State 16-14 after three quarters at Beaver Stadium in a game that seemed as if it was headed toward a blowout in the Buckeyes’ favor early. The Nittany Lions offense started the day with turnovers on its first two possessions, but Ohio State only managed to accumulate a 10-0 lead thanks to drives stalling in the red zone and a missed field goal.
