
COLUMBUS, Ohio — For only the second time all season, Ohio State football was held under 40 points in a 21-7 win over Northwestern. Weather conditions made it impossible to throw the ball, putting heavy emphasis on the run game. That didn’t always go over well, as the Buckeyes spent a good portion of the day struggling to get production. It wasn’t until C.J. Stroud started running that things opened up. Meanwhile, Marvin Harrison Jr. was the only receiver to have anything near a productive day.
