For years she watched her late husband, Kevin, take the same strides while leading a generation of Indiana boys through Elwood High School. The family resemblance shows in her son’s intensity as the Buckeyes’ offensive line coach. “To watch him on that sideline and his mannerisms, sometimes it gives me chills,” Tomlinson said. “Putting his hand on hip like he does, watching the game, going from one end of the sideline to the other.” She can also think back to Frye’s middle school days.
