After surviving Maryland scare, Ohio State primed for showdown against Michigan

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Just like the last time Ohio State played at Maryland one week before the Buckeyes’ showdown against Michigan, they got an unexpected scare. On Saturday, the 27-point underdog Terrapins threatened to hand Ohio State its first loss of the year. The Buckeyes almost squandered a 14-point second-half lead before prevailing 43-30 at SECU Stadium.
