Madison Greene to miss rest of Ohio State women's basketball season with knee injury

The Ohio State women’s basketball team will play the rest of its season without Madison Greene. During the Buckeyes’ 88-86 overtime win against South Florida Dec. 20, Greene drove to the hoop, but collapsed, not being able to put any weight on her left leg. Ahead of Ohio State’s start to Big Ten play, the program confirmed that Greene’s season was over with a knee injury. Greene missed all of the 2021-22 season with an injury after having knee surgery before the season began. It is unclear if Greene’s same knee was injured this season.
