ANN ARBOR, MI — After losing 7-2 the previous night to Ohio State, Michigan managed to secure a 4-2 win on Saturday, Jan. 14. The Wolverines hosted the Buckeyes in a two-game series Friday and Saturday at Yost Ice Arena in celebration of the University of Michigan hockey’s 100th anniversary. Michigan’s goals were scored by Mackie Samoskevich, Jacob Truscott, Gavin Brindley, and Rutger McGroarty. Goals for Ohio State were netted by Cam Thiesing and Mason Lohrei.
