That brought the scholarship total to 88, with two other veterans — defensive end Tyler Friday and linebacker Palaie Gaoteote IV — yet to publicly announce their intentions. That number could climb higher still. Ohio State still needs help on the offensive line and in the secondary, and would pursue additions from the transfer portal if possible.
