The Ohio State offseason is well underway. After losing to Georgia in the College Football Playoff semifinal just more than one month ago, Ryan Day and the rest of the Ohio State coaching staff has been busy with the turnover of the 2022 roster, with players like quarterback C.J. Stroud and offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. entering the 2023 NFL draft, while the Buckeyes have secured players like cornerback Ja’Had Carter, offensive lineman Vic Cutler and cornerback Davison Igbinosun from the transfer portal, along with a new set of early enrollees. Ohio State has also seen changes on its coaching staff, promoting wide receivers coach Brian Hartline to offensive coordinator after Kevin Wilson took the head coaching job at Tulsa, and promoting Keenan Bailey to tight ends coach.
