Kamryn Babb is returning to Ohio State, but it won’t be on the football field. Instead, it was announced earlier today that the former Buckeye receiver has accepted a job with the Eugene D. Smith Leadership Institute. Babb was a highly touted recruit coming to OSU but unfortunately dealt with injury after injury that kept him from realizing his full potential. Even with multiple ACL tears, Babb stayed positive. He was such an inspiration to his teammates that he was named a captain in his final two years as a Buckeye. Babb also gave Ohio State fans one of the season’s most memorable moments when he caught his first catch as a Buckeye for a touchdown against Indiana. Now Babb will trade his pads and cleats for a suit and tie as a program coordinator helping provide leadership training and career development opportunities for OSU athletes.
