COLUMBUS, Ohio — Larry Johnson has always been a fan of “the more, the merrier” when it comes to the Ohio State football team’s defensive line room. His reputation has always been rooted in the quality of players he’s developed, but the quantity has always been where he was most concerned. In his mind, the more game-ready guys you have on Saturday, the better chance you have that each one can sustain a high level of play. Depth is always a good thing. But what’s even better is having an alpha at the top who’s a constant threat to wreck an offense.
