Gunner Daniel Joins Ohio State Special Teams Coaching Staff

Gunner Daniel announced Wednesday that he will be joining the Ohio State Buckeyes staff as a special teams assistant, according to his Twitter bio. Daniel, a college long snapper for the Wagner College Seahawks and Boston College Eagles, has experience as a graduate assistant at the 2023 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl — which is held annually for “any draft-eligible college football players” — for the National Team that was coached by former Buckeyes running back Eddie George. Daniel’s career started for Ball State Cardinals, but he did not see any game action in his freshman season in 2017.
