The Ohio State Buckeyes men’s hockey team will debut a new set of digs on Saturday when they take on the Michigan Wolverines at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland for the 2023 Faceoff on the Lake. The Buckeyes, considered the home team for this contest, will wear white jerseys with scarlet numbers on the front, names on the back, and several stripe accents. The font closely resembles cursive handwriting, with smooth curves instead of the usual sharp, block style usually worn by Ohio State. On each of the sleeves is a set of three scarlet stripes, broken up by the white of the sweater. The “2023 Faceoff on the Lake” logo is featured on the front, left shoulder of the jersey.
