Transfer Sean McNeil is a Light in the Dark for Ohio State Men’s Basketball

Saying this season has not been one to remember for the Ohio State Buckeyes men’s basketball team is not a harsh statement. The Buckeyes (11-16, 3-13 Big Ten) have been on a skid since the start of 2023, winning only two of their 15 games over that time. Most recently, Ohio State fell 82-55 to the No. 5 Purdue Boilermakers in West Lafayette, Indiana on Sunday. Despite the struggles as a team, graduate guard Sean McNeil has been a positive in a year of negatives for Ohio State. McNeil came to the Buckeyes after graduating from West Virginia University with a sports management degree.
