Starting pitcher Isaiah Coupet was masterful, going seven strong innings while giving up just six hits and a run. He struck out 9 and didn’t walk a batter. That kind of line should result in a win, but it wasn’t meant to be. Reliever Nolan Clegg pitched a clean inning, striking out one.
